We want you to love your Magnaware cookware! However, if you do need to return your item/s, please follow the process below.
Please note that you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Any items sent to us without requesting a return through your account will automatically be disqualified.
How to Start a Return
Log your return on your Magnaware Customer Account: https://shopify.com/73775579170/account (Log in using the email you used at checkout).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition

In original packaging with all components

Accompanied by a proof of purchase
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.
Receipt of Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your cookware arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through your account with clear photos.
In these cases, Magnaware covers return shipping and will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Submit a return through your account.

Once approved, place a new order for the product you want.
This ensures the quickest delivery and product availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you may return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused and in original packaging.
Standard return shipping charges apply unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
